Flawless
The android and windows apps work flawlessly and are updated frequently. Connection time is fast, never had an issue!

Dedicated IP is great
This review is based on using a dedicated IP. I previously used PIA but tried a competitor's VPN for a year as I was annoyed with constant CAPTCHA's and some other little personal annoyances. They reeled me back in with the 3-year discount but adding the dedicated IP really helps with not having to do lot of captchas on a lot of sites I use. I feel that for peace of mind it's also worth having. I haven't noticed any speed difference with or without the VPN enabled.

Rock solid service
Rock solid service, never any lag, plenty of low ping servers to choose from, and a very well integrated client application (Windows user). Have used them for years and have never once had a problem connecting. I couldn't be more pleased.

Best one I've used
This is the 3rd VPN I have tried and so far the best I have used. Kept getting disconnected with the others not once with PIA. It has many country choices. Connects quickly. Would definitely recommend Thanks

très bon rapport qualité prix et très fiable
jamais de problème de bande passante. en plus il y a plusieurs pays ou l'on peux se connecté. ca fait 5 ans que j'utilise private acces internet et j'ai jamais eu de problème. très fiable et très bon rapport qualité prix. JADORE :)
