100% worth it. Been using for 4 years and 0 issues.

Ive been using PIA since 2017, and have absolutely zero complaints. Its worked great anytime I use it, without any lag or latency. Most recently there was a billing issue and I had to contact support. Through their chat support on the website my issue was resolved in a matter of 30min. (I was expecting a much more drawn out process). Definitely recommend PIA to anyone looking for a quality VPN.

There service has never failed and it rarely slows down my connection when I do use the service. for the price, I don't think it can be beat. Wish I could give a transaction ID but that email has since been lost and I can't find it under my account at the site. I have been with you all though since 2017 and just renewed for a 3 year plan. More than fair with the ability to have protection on 5 devices for the pricing. I have and will continue to recommend your service.

PIA is reliable

PIA is reliable. I have been in 3 countries so far and the VPN is activated instantly whenever I start using an application, whatever kind.

5 Years and counting. Love it!

I have had this service for about 5 years now, and still continue to be extremely happy with it. I use it everyday to play games on a more secure network, and it works perfectly. Again, for 5 years, I have not once I had PIA be the reason I haven't been able to use the internet the way I intend.

Thumbs up for quality and value

Been using PIA for about 6 months now. A 3-year deal brought me a very cheap per-week price, and I find the service fast and reliable - video streams and downloads rarely any slower than using a vanilla connection. Software is easy to use and stable, there when you need it, but unobtrusive. Regular updates are issued. Overall, A+ - highly recommend. Very Good

I run Windows and Linux Mint and I am very pleased with the subscription I took out a week ago with PIA rather than renewing an existing service. So glad I did. Simple to use for someone a bit IT challenged like myself, great clean GUI interface in both Windows and Linux, seamless connection, good value, excellent customer support. What more can you want?

Reliable

I am outside the country and sometimes need access such as provided by PIA. They have simple processes to get on and off. I believe they are improved significantly from when I was using them a few years ago. Very pleased now and that why the 5 star !
