If you are not computer literate and want to be secure. This is the program for you.
I've been using this application for years. From time to time you eventually have to clean out your computer. When something happens that I don't understand and I know I'm doing everything okay on my side. I jump into a paid service aside from PIA and clear out my computer elsewhere. Just recently I figured out that jumping into another service is unnecessary. Just, clear out the cookies, hit enable debug log and if the problem persists. Talk to support. I have been a satisfied customer of PIA…
I have been a satisfied customer of PIA VPN for over 5yrs. They are the only VPN that I recommend to friends and family. Because in all the time I have used PIA they have not failed me once. And they are constantly innovating and improving their product and support.

5 years and counting...
I have been using PIA for years. My renewal was due after 3 years, and I looked at what was on the market. The only thing that gave me grief was Netflix. Otherwise, it worked great. They have added a new Streaming choice for servers. It works great. The only challenge I have now is that I couldn't take advantage of the great deal, so I had to create a new account. When I decided to start using VPN I expected a certain number of hassles. And yes, there are some minor ones - retailers think you are in Atlanta because you are using the Atlanta server. Some firewalls think you are trouble because they have seen a lot of traffic from your IP because lots of people are using that VPN server.
