Customer service was phenomenal...
Customer service was phenomenal (thanks Bien and Irish!) when I messed-up our payment method. Even after I missed their timely response and sent a fiery one about how such a large company should do better they were unfazed. Connection has also been solid for over a year but these personal kindnesses are what move the dial for a proper review.

Best VPN in the business
Best VPN in the business! I tried 4-5 different ones before settling on PIA. All of them stepped all over my bandwidth.Then I found PIA - literally no difference in overall bandwidth. Kudos to PIA for providing a fantastic product!

Great software
Great software, one of the rares vpn provider that don't save your information on a server.... Having a vpn is about privacy so not saving your data is a must or its useless. I am using it since a since 5-6 years and i used it everywhere, in Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America, Central America and never had a issue. One time on a travel i had a problem to use it on my app and the customer support replied to my email within a few hours. Great software and service.

I've used PIA for four or five years…
I've used PIA for four or five years now and have had only a few minor problems, usually in the configuration of my machines. I would open a chat with support and they walked me through adjusting the settings. They helped me quickly resolve whatever the issue was and I never spend more than three or four minutes with them. I tried other services on a trial basis and they were inferior to PIA. These folks are the best. Don't hesitate to sign up.
