"Priority Pro - not the best "
What do you like best? It's a very simple design, not too many inputs required - at least the way we've configured it. I use it every day on the inside sales force, it's more difficult for the outside reps.

What do you like best? It's pretty easy to use and it's a good way to access the history of an order. You don't need to run around chasing your colleagues, you can answer your questions by looking in the system.
