Every time I make a sale I loose 50% profit !!!!!

Every time I make a sale, Printful charges me a digitizing charge, even on files I have already sold in the past, I believe this part of there business is a scam. I believe this is how they rip off there customers. because one my customer buys the product I can't go back and charge them an EXTRA $6.50 digitization charge. Buy the way thar is more then 50% of my profit lost to Printful-of-Crap. Looking for a new supplier now, you should do the same

I have had the worst customer service…

I have had the worst customer service experience with Printful. In the course of the last month, I have contacted them at least fifteen times (either via phone or email). Each time I contact them, no one that I communicate with is able to resolve any of the issues in my store. They ALWAYS communicate that they have to forward my issue to their development team — who knows if such a team even exists. The product sold on our behalf looked nothing like the mock-ups. It was poorly printed and to completely wrong dimensions. I was honestly embarrassed to have the work we created represented in such a way. When notified the company blamed a bad file and told me the mock-ups that they give you to sell your product with "are not meant to be one-to-one representations." Even though they are given to use to sell the product. This is horrendous. My impression is that this company, at best, does ...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRINTFUL

Horrible printing worse customer service. Printed graphic is 1" below the t-shirt collar. Should be about 6" as it is shown in "their" preview. Their own 'placement' disclaimer says "1 inch variance". Well, this is more like five. They refuse to take responsibility for their shoddy work. Fulfillment, Warehouse, Shipping, EXTRA CHARGES!!!!

I have a printful account and a made a few orders and was comfortable with the orders and the timing and speed in which they showed up, except for one. So I decide that I would have a few samples of the capri pants and take some orders in my studio. Which I did. My concerns: On June 21st I made an order on printful from pre-sale of the capri leggings I designed and then I received another order from the sale so I made another order through printful on June 23rd. So far so good

So far so good. I ordered one T-shirt to see how the quality was and it's not bad. I know it isn't silk screen but the price reflects that. I ordered two more today so we'll see how those turn out. One of the test designs is mostly white so it remains to be seen how that will print on a black shirt.
