Didn't receive my samples and then was told I reported it too late so they wouldn't give me a refund. DO NOT USE. ****UPDATE**** After several complaints they have refunded me. Still, I wouldn't trust them or buy again.

Printful decided to CHANGE THE SHIPPING…
Printful decided to CHANGE THE SHIPPING RATES TO 9.99$ WORLDWIDE These rate are C R A Z Y ! Im not saying printify is better - but now i have no choice to move to them after i BUILD A PRINT ON DEMAND FULL WEBSITE with a lot of products suddenly i saw that i am losing on my products they said they have send me an email about making flat shipping rates but they didn't will NEVER use them and rely on them. it was my WORST MISTAKE DON'T BELEIVE THEIR PRICES - THEY ARE KILLING THE STORE OWNERS ...

DO NOT USE PRINTFUL!
I really wanted to like Printful & we gave them multiple opportunities over the course of a year to do something right. Unfortunately there was an issue with every single order. PLUGINS ARE POORLY CODED: They spew errors repeatedly. Our developers have been doing this twice as long as Printful has been a company. PRINTS ARE ALL SLIGHTLY CROOKED: They're using a DTG method that requires a human to preload and align the shirts. Their employees do not care about the quality of your product. ...

Sellers Expected to Cover Cost of Printful's Errors
Printful ends up being expensive for the seller, because when Printful or their shipping providers make errors, they ask the seller to cover the cost of replacement/reshipment. They don't investigate or file claims with shippers, so I had cases where I was shipping to completely legitimate addresses (one of which was my own address), and when the package never arrived, or tracking said "returned to sender", Printful customer service refused to do anything to help recover the package or ...
