BAD PRINT QUALITY AND SHIRT

I don’t know if the positive reviews here are paid but this one you gotta take with a grain of salt from a REAL USER, A REAL CUSTOMER. I am living in Japan and we are used to high quality products. I signed up for PRINTFUL having confidence they have high quality products being based in the US. Shipping costs are RIDICULOUS now

Shipping costs are RIDICULOUS now. They may have notified sellers but i was not expecting such a high cost. I placed a large order back in October that contained a mix of products including mugs, hats and shirts. It only cost me $10 to ship everything then. Tonight I went in to place another large order ($200 less than my order in October) and saw that shipping was over $50! $20 ALONE for the 4 mugs (which I ended up removing because that’s just insane). Wrong product shipped out

Placed an order from my store for my family and there was a shirt included that was not even in my store. I have no clue where it came from. All I have to say is, "What the F???" This is enough reason to move to a different service. This kind of mistake is completely inexcusable. Thank god this was not an actual customer. Hold this L, Printful. The incompetence...Not sure if quality control ACTUALLY exists here, but they need to do something.

We have been with Printful for about 2 years and we have had a great experience. Their customer service has been great! If we have any issues they usually respond in 24 hours or less and fix the problem right away. One thing I would like to add is their printing process and shipping time can take between a week or two and our customers usually don't like waiting that long. Low quality products, misaligned prints, horrible customer support, and a return policy that violates EU consumer laws

In my very first test order I received a sweatshirt full of loose stitching, and two t-shirts with low-quality prints (I realized how low quality it was, just now as a received my t-shirt sample from another POD company, printed on the same type of shirt with the same file I provided for Printful).
