Pure disappointment!

Ordered 2 caps on Nov 14, 2019. Estimated delivery was Nov 27, 2019 - Dec 2, 2019. Two weeks after the estimated delivery date, I contacted the customer service. They said, it went something wrong with the shipping, and they'll send it again with express shipping. New estimated delivery: Dec 23, 2019 - Dec 26, 2019. Today, the 9th of January 2020, I still haven't received anything. Wouldn't recommend to order anything from them.

What would I do without Printful?

Printful has changed the trajectory of my business. The quality and reliability of their service has made many new things possible for me going forward. Their tutorials and webinars are most helpful. The staff responds immediately to any request for assistance and advice. I highly recommend

Very good POD service.

I honestly do not know why there are negative reviews for this platform. I ordered two hats to be embroidered and they came out great. I've received compliments on them, and I still am until this day. The t-shirt I ordered was also top-notch. I think they can work on their shipping times and item costs. $8.95 for the processing of an embroidery file...yikes. I can do that myself for free.

I am disappointed I also have to rate Prinful as negative. I had ordered mugs and pillows before and was happy. I have not only ordered items and given them to clients, I have referred Printful to clients. BUT I just tried out a bracelet. The mockup said the print would be larger and I chose (2) lines. The print was 25% smaller and can hardly be read. I reached out three times to Printful and customer service appears not to care. I was hoping to continue to refer them but probably will ...

Avoid Printful like the Plague!

Okay first off, I would give them zero stars if I could and here's why. I have bought at least 10-12 items from them. There coffee cups are okay, there sweatshirts are not worth the money and the embroidery is so faded it just looks awful. But that's not the problem. Problem is, they ask you to upload an image like a PNG file. Then when they embroider it, it never comes out the same twice. I have uploaded the exact same design for a total of 5 different hats and out of all of them only one ...

I ordered and got a custom-designed…

I ordered and got a custom-designed T-Shirt from Printful and was 100% satisfied with it...The fit was perfectly comfortable, the material was very soft due to good quality, the colors were vibrant and the design was exactly as I hoped for, but best of all - The Price Was Right. Friends have seen my Printful T-shirt w/custom design and have given it the 'Thumbs Up' too. I really can't understand the reason for the number of negative reviews left here and have to think something nefarious is ...

Love the leggings

I've ordered a pair of leggings three separate times in the past couple months and have been delighted with the print quality before and after washing and the fit and comfort of the pants. I received my orders in a reasonable amount of time and have had no customer service issues. We live in WV and our orders have been shipped from Mexico. I only mention this because I've read through other reviews and see where it might be a factor.

Spent over $200, horrible quality.

Spent over $200 to test out their product(clothing mainly) for quality. Total of 9 items. They arrived with poorly printed ink, I could see the fabric from the ink. Meaning they were too cheap to print a white ink base. The inks was already coming off before I even wash it. It smelled like vinegar and mildew. The fabric felt cheap. Don't get fool into their promotions on social media(Youtube, FB, Instagram.) Their software is decent, but most people are buying the physical product. Which ...

They never shipped my order, and then lied to me about it and refused to help

They never shipped my order, which was a Christmas present, and refused to resend the package even after confirmation from DHL that the package was never received. Their support is useless, you get handed off to random individuals in India who tell you “don’t worry the package is on its way” when you have confirmation from DHL that it never arrived at their centre.

Best Print on Demand Platform...

I have research many Print on Demand platforms and Printful hands down was the best. Quality was fantastic, customer service was great and ease of use was my number one factor.
