We are just starting to use Printful we ordered samples just to see the quality and we are very happy with the what we received better than what we expected,The other thing that i am impressed about is their customer service experience it's above and beyond,we are moving forward with our store integration because of this.Printful team keep up the good work.Cheers!

I love Printful. I was so amazed at how fast the process went. I was expecting it to be about two weeks, but it was only for seven days. I’m using Printful for my online business, and I am satisfied

Horrible company that we'll never use again
After using printful for our merchandise store for about a year and a half, I can say with confidence that they are a terrible company. Here are some of the problems we've dealt with: 1. They don't take responsibility for fulfillment and make the store owners foot the bill for something that's Printful's fault. Example: A customer who made a t-shirt purchase reaches out to us after 6 weeks saying that they haven't received their order. We immediately contact printful to find a solution for ...

Usually I have a pleasant experience…
Usually I have a pleasant experience using Printful. I've used them many times since 2017 and have only had a dozen or so issues. The customer service is usually subpar, but what you would typically expect from email support of any service these days.
