Great Experience & Customer Serivce

I personally love working with Printful. They do their best and will refund or take care of things if it's their fault. I've worked with other print providers and have something to compare to. Printful is really the best print provider on the market so far. Good job, guys!

Customer service run around

This was not the first time I have ordered from Printful, and one time before we even had an issue, which customer service took care of quickly. This last order had a major error, which looked like a doubling of our logo - one on top of the other, but slightly off put. I have been back and forth with customer service and they keep telling me it must be a user error, although I know I did not place additional images in the design, and the mock up generator would have shown it, and trust me ...

Awesome experience!

Awesome experience, excellent embroidery work, great prices, fast processing & shipping when ordered & quality materials used. I like the fact that I can simply design products and don't have to buy them up front to display them on our website. Printful drop ships all orders straight to the customer with our company name & address on the package. It's a dream come true!

I enjoy doing business with Printful

I enjoy doing business with Printful, it's been 2 yrs. We use Printful as well as personal local printers and I am pleased with the quality of their print work. I just wish they had a faster fulfillment and delivery time.

awful quality on dark garments

Unfortunately, while printful succeeds in almost every area, they fail in the most important which is the quality. Any time I've placed on of my designs on one of their black hooded sweatshirts, the quality came out terrible. Ive read plenty of other blogs and posts where users experienced the same. It doesn't occur with lighter colored garments, but the dark colors turn out awful. faded, and speckled like they've been worn and washed for years. The "solution" to these users was to just ...

I just started using Printful, so far I’ve had an amazing experience. SO FAR SO GOOD!!

A good expérience

The prints and the clothes are of good quality, the customer service responds very quickly. I would like to sell AOP hoodies and pants but the only thing that annoys me is the cuffs which are not elastic.
