The Printful integrations are genius. I have now connected Printful to both my WordPress site and my Etsy shop. Using Printful make selling my art a cinch. After I create anything on Printful it is saved as a template, making it easy to use it again or make modifications. Now my products flow effortlessly to Facebook from my site and it's hassle free. Printful is easy to use

Printful is easy to use, their website is user friendly, and still even if you need help, their customer service reps are super sweet and nice and there to help. Printful has a lot of great items, easy to putting branding on, the website even lets you know if your out of the design area from print, it’s amazing. I will be using Printful again and again.

Printful Support team is excellent. Paula from Printful Customer Support was very helpful. It was for the first time I contacted them, and I did receive a warm welcome and more importantly, a timely response. :) She even understood the unsaid things and helped me by sharing some more useful links for their blogs on what all things need to be take care of while designing the products. Awful customer support. Beware they just have shady business practice and the quality of their items are sublime. They also tend to mess up my orders or have this lost or undelivered quite often.

Wasted rushed shipping on a super late order

I placed an order and paid a significant amount extra for upgraded shipping to make sure I received my order with plenty of time. The order didn't even fullfill within the original estimated delivery date, and it is completely late for the event I needed these t shirts for. Customer service was not only completely unsympathetic, but they basically stated that they don't stand by their promised delivery dates. Simple as that. No apology, no offer to refund shipping fee, not even a coupon. ...
