Poor quality product, poor customer service
I uploaded some of my designs to Printful and ordered two samples of stickers. There was no clear indication that these stickers were different from normal stickers. When they came, they didn't stick. When I complained, Printful asked me whether I had cleaned the surface before trying to stick them. Poor Shirt Quality Control - Check Items Carefully When Received
Although I love the print quality, I have experienced problems of shirt quality in 2 out of my 3 orders. The first issue was solved to my satisfaction but the 2nd time, since the item was a gift that I made way in advance of a friend's birthday, Printful would NOT stand behind the product quality since it was beyond the 4 week window that they have arbitrarily placed on any sort of guarantee/warranty. Printful Customer Service
Today I had my first customer support experience with Printful, and so far I am blown away at how prompt and stress-free it has been. My biggest worry about print-on-demand is making sure I can properly help my customers with returns/quality issues, and today's experience has made me feel so much better and so happy I chose Printful!

I love Printful
I love Printful and have been using them for years as they are easy to use, have lots of products I like and make my artwork look really professional so I can either sell my work on all kinds of products or just enjoy wearing them myself and the quality is great and so is the shipping prices and times.

SUPER-CUTE CASE AND FAST! I ordered a custom case on June 9th, 2021, and I received it on June 14th, 2021. It was super fast and the website was really easy to use to make your personal design! This won't be the last time I use this service!!

A good company marred by petty bureaucracy
I signed up on printful couple weeks ago. Everything looked fine in the beginning, but it wasn't long before I experienced their stupid bureaucracy. Since my company is registered in an EU country, I applied for VAT Exemption (EU Intra community). First they rejected asking for a certificate, then they asked for an invoice sent to us by any service provider and then they rejected asking for Zip code and City details. Great customer service
I had a few issues with eBay(they asked me for proof like a contract with Printful) Printful was very helpful with this and after weeks of fights with eBay, I finally got aproved. Great customer service.
