Exceeded expectations: Great service, easy to use the site, & best prices I've found for custom t-shirts. My order came in less than a week - no issues, the shirts looks great & the printing looks high quality - as though it will last a long time.

Recently ordered printed T-shirts and 3D embroidery caps from Printful and absolutely have to praise the experience. Was new to the mechanics of 3D embroidery, getting my files right was tricky and I am incredibly grateful for the help of Naudin in customer services, as well as Mareks and Julia in their graphics team for their patience with me. We had tried another print on-demand provider and the quality was so hit or miss that we stopped all efforts for over a year. We checked out Printful and were impressed with the product line. We tried it out for embroidery and screen printing and were sold. The process was simple and we had staff shirts and hats within a week that we are proud to wear. Will be expanding our merch now that we have a reliable, high-quality provider.

I hope that there will be more realistic mockups, especially video mockups so that they give more realism when we put them in stores to attract buyers.

Printful has an 'academy' to walk you through the process, which I decided to check it out. It is so in depth it puts some business classes to shame. Really well done Printful - it truly shows that your customer's success is your success.

I can recommend printful, it has lots of tutorials and you can find more on online, its easy to use coming from someone who is not great with tech, its a great way of designing something unique for personal self, gift or for business, i am still learning and loving it so far. Printful get intouch if there are any problems with your order and communicate with you, as they did when i did a personal order and they needed to verify my transaction with bank statement which is a bit of a pain but ...
