Poor manufacturing

Every item I design comes to my clients looking like a knockoff. Logos designed professionally and sent to Printful at a 2000x2000 pixels are embroidered looking like a cheap kids drawing. I had to go with a different manufacturer when I kept having customers return their clothing because the logo would wipe off after a month or the embroidery looked very shoddy. Contacted Printful and they sent new items that were just as bad. What's the point? Furthermore, they keep rising their costs. ...

These guys have terrible customer…

No customer support. Its always feels like its a battle and they have to win. They're quality policy makes no sense for a small business with inventory. If you stock a product on a shelf and sell it outside their return window and a customer has an issue, well your 100% on the hook. don't expect printful to help you out. you'll just run into a CSR pointing out their policy rather than trying to help. leaving you out of pocket, or a loss of a customer because your quality will be deemed bad ...

Poor quality

First time using them. Needed some t-shirts for my business and ordered. Text started to peel off after a week, another week and all of the text on the t-shirt will be gone. Fabric is below decent quality. Definitely won’t order from them again.

Perfect partnership

I've only had one sample order but so far I'm so happy with the experience. The product (T-shirts) were high quality and the graphic looked awesome. Ordering was easy and delivery was very fast (way faster than Cafe Press). I feel confident that partnering up with Printful is going to make my business so much easier.

Can highly recommend using Printful for all your branding or special occasion needs! I ordered 15 mugs and 2 big flags and over 1 week AHEAD of estimated arrival they came professionally packaged. It was clear that time and effort was put into making sure all my mugs arrived safely along with my flags. 10/10 will be ordering from Printful again.

Poor customer service and bad quality control

I have been really disappointed with Printful lately, I have been using them for a couple of years now for my business, but quality control and customer support has gone really far downhill. My first gripe is that I do bulk orders to replenish stock or for a large customer order, usually 75+. Each and every time the box arrives it is in shambles from being packaged poorly, usually with the seam and once with an entire side missing. I have sent photos of this to Printful and got zero ...

I had a parcel stolen that just got delivered, and Renate from the help service at printful helped order another one for me. I am extremely grateful for that, and the service was quick, responsive and very nice. Can’t say enough good things! 10/10 ⭐️

For my t-shirt business

For my t-shirt business, Printful has proven to be an excellent choice. It can connect to many e-commerce platforms including the one I use, Big Cartel. The user interface of Printful is exceptional and easy to navigate. I can find all relevant info within the click of a button.

Do NOT trust your design to this unprofessional printing business!

I found Printful and decided to give them a try for my new line of custom design hoodies and hats. Needless to say we are still in trying to get the sample hoodie printed properly! It has been over a month and Printful can't even print my logo in the CENTER of the hoodie? I mean are you serious? Do you not do quality control or measure before you print? Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable customer service as a whole! Every time I email with a concern, I get a different agent to jumps in ...
