I honestly could not be happier with…

I honestly could not be happier with printful. Sometimes there is an issue with certain sizes or colors being out of stock, but the customer service outweighs that. Always very timely and helpful to answer my billion questions as a new print on demand and dropshipping business owner. 10/10

Just launched business on Printful

Just launched business on Printful. Out of 5 orders, 3 of them has issues. -One tshirt had a stain over the logo. -The print on a sweatshirt was crooked. -Another tshirt had a hole in the shoulder area. Such a waste of time and now money, spent setting up this store.

I really wanted to love the shirts I got from them. After all I'm a graphic artists and they were the first shirts I had designed. The first few shirts came out great as they were only one color. Then I ordered some more samples. I followed all of their instructions for file type they need. (also again I'm a graphic designer so I have knowledge of the printing process). They looked great in the preview. Then I got the actual shirts and the designs were SO dark they looked like blobs. When ...

Terrible company

Terrible company. You can get good prints for a premium price. Everything else is garbage.

Refused to help with a claim that only they could make.

There was an issue with the shipping that required the sender to contact the shipping company on my behalf. The shipping company will not talk to the recipient, ONLY the sender. They refused to do this. Their response was: "you'll need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future." When the recipient can't file a claim, and it has to be the sender, this is an absolute joke and it's a ...

Super happy with Printful

Printful has been super easy to set up, connect to my website, connect to paypal, and prompt in completing fulfillments & shipping deliveries. I have not yet had any issues. I particularly enjoy the information videos I can view in my own time to learn more on improving my designs & marketing my business.

Loooove the experience

It was easy process to order. Shipping time was faster than expect. The quality of the products really blew my mind. This is exactly what I need to start my business.
