No quality control
Should be more precise on some product. I've tried beach towel, but bad experience : towels not aligned with own designs. Be aware of using full sized designs without any real alignment ... Just regarding the answer given : the problem is not the safe area you know it as all was inside. The problem was the frame on the counterpart. Never experienced it on other tissu print services. We love Printful!
We love printful! No need to carry a large inventory for all the swag that we want to offer. They have great quality products, excellent embroidery and are great about trying to improve your design. Everything we have received has been true to or exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend Printful!

Great quality products and printing
Great quality products and printing. Some issues over the years with fulfillment but mostly with out of the country locations, but those have improved tremendously. Prices are quite a bit higher than competitors, but perks can help.

No setup fee
No setup fee, just upload your art and purchase something with your art on it. I uploaded my company logo, ordered a shirt and when it came the quality of the fabric was very good and the print was also excellent. Printful works great for me and we use it in our company to make shirts for students and we haven't had any complaints yet. You have my vote Printful!

Just excuses for terrible print quality
Terrible print quality with nothing but excuses. Raised issues with garment sizing, print quality and inaccurate print location and sizing and received nothing but excuses saying that's just how the printing works. Ignored requests for reprints or refunds. Cost our charity vital money that could have been used towards our charitable aims.

Printful: Overrated
I used Printful for a while because it had such good reviews. However, over time I realized it was overrated. The prices are so high that the margins are tiny and it's almost impossible to make solid profits. Furthermore, they rejected a sample order because it "went against their guidelines." It was my original logo. When I disputed it, they gave me a generic response and maintained their stance. I usually only post positive reviews, but I wanted to warn others.
