I ordered mugs on Aug 12 for an event…
I ordered mugs on Aug 12 for an event which was Aug 21. The delivery dates shown were Aug 18-22. After contacting the company they said that they would do a "courtesy rush". In the end the mugs arrived today, Aug 25, 3 days late even with "rush" service. I no longer need these mugs. And they are saying their dates are only estimates and basically they don't honor the delivery dates they give.
