I love it
I love it, but I'm missing the part (if there is one) where the customer can pick a printful blank, customize it themselves and then submit an order? Compliments to Printful on making life easier when it's only a 1 person show on my end. Not easy doing printing, embroidery and a website on your own and then keep the house clean, laundry, ironing....etc Thank you Ruta for your response. 😊

I have been using Printful for a couple of years now and the reason why they are getting 2 stars is that they have terrible quality assurance for their design placement. I’ve ordered numerous samples and it’s a crap shoot every time. No peace of mind that everything will look as expected. I just received 3 samples and 2 of them had designs that were placed improperly. They were angled down to the right when should be level. Printful Customer Service
I had a great experience talking to customer agent Laima L. She not only answered the questions I had but went above my expectations and now I feel like I'm getting a better hang of this whole printful print on demand thing. She was professional but didn't sound like a robot which I really liked there.
