Easy to use service but quality of the products is not exactly great. T-shirt had very short sleeves, no side seams (which is super weird) and embroidery wasnt very good either.

Fast, High Quality and easy to use!

The site has been so easy to use and setup and account. I needed to link my Big cartel store up with a print to order company and Printful ticked all the boxes. As well as being one of the only companies to link with big cartel their turn around time is better than competitors. The range of items is amazing and I look forward to getting them added to the store. The online designer is so easy to navigate and the customer service has been spot on. Not reliable, lousy customer support

Squarespace suggested Printful as a fulfillment sync to my website WellnessEGO.Com. I followed the prompts and soon my first order came in. When I checked the order Printful only decided to fulfill half the order. When I enquired why, they said it was my fault and blamed it on a non-issue with a completely different item. When I sent my screenshots and proved them wrong, they just said they would "investigate" I've had 4+ emails back and forth. No resolution, no help, no expedited shipping, ...
