Long time customer no more. Worst customer service experience!

I have used Printful as my primary POD, but recently I placed 3 sample orders and the system put the wrong color thread for one of the embroidery letters. When I messaged, they stated that it showed the color being wrong in the system so it was my fault. Here's the deal, if you use the website on your phone, it doesn't let you select the thread colors. So I had no ability to see it picked purple twice and not blue for the second color. They refunded the cheapest order which was about 25% of ...

Horrible Quality

I ordered two orange t-shirts with my logo for $50. They were light brown, the logos were faded and printed on the belly of the shirt instead of the chest. Worst quality product I've ever ordered.

Print quality too poor for reliable use

Printful has such good potential, but their direct-to-garment print quality is simply unreliable. About one in 5 shirts have crooked artwork. In one case, the original order of a T-shirt with a single logo was printed crooked. I contacted support and the first replacement was also crooked. The second replacement was printed straight, but the wrong size was sent. The third replacement was the right size, but the art was printed crooked again. I absolutely LOVE PRINTFUL!

I absolutely LOVE PRINTFUL!! Their products are AMAZING, the quality is phenomenal, and the cost alone should just make you jump on over there and sign up! It is that good. Printful's Customer Service is like you have not experienced in a very, very, very long time. They worked with me so patiently until I got all the correct paperwork sent in by literally walking me through it via email. WOW! AND they ship FAST!!!!! Seriously. Go join up with Printful. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT!!!

My first order with Printful was damaged during shipping. I used the live chat feature on the site and was given the option of replacement or full refund. Great customer service, replacement order was done for next day delivery 👍

I have been on Printful for a month…1month

I have been on Printful for a month now. I have taught myself and still learning. The videos are very helpful however. I like to ease of creating my own products and the fact that I don't have to contact Customer Service to asks questions.
