Bad order handling resulting in faulty product
Bad order handling, excuses about small prints. The product we ordered came with two different shades of black (though it wasn't even on the design) which was apparently mentioned on small print. There were also huge paper stickers on each product regarding the origin which are a pain to remove which was mentioned nowhere. The Prihtful to Amazon was the easiest…
The Printful to Amazon integration was the easiest part of starting a new business. My product templates uploaded seamlessly to Amazon. I had practiced fist on Etsy and actually found the Amazon experience exceeded my expectations.
