Transit times are extremely long
Transit times are extremely long, products are not good quality. Their policies only cover items within 30 days of their 'estimated arrival date' Everything I ordered took longer than 30 days after I ordered them. Eventually, something just didnt arrive. It showed 'in transit' on their site fo r60 days. When I told them what happened- it mysteriously showed 'arrived' and they refused to deal with it/look at it/refund it becuase it was 60 days after I ordered it. They told me to try and ...

Great shop but needs fixing
Etsy and printful integration is the best. I have tried a lot of integrations this is the best, About fixing ebay no longer supports paypal. It doesnt allow connecting new paypal accounts, that would great if printful could find a solution. Love Printfu!

I had to delete my 5 star review when…
I had to delete my 5 star review when my son opened his birthday present and found the entire image was shrunk and off center by 3in but because I bought it over 30 days ago I'm SOL. THEN add in how they recently somehow printed a file that I DELETED on a product and sent it to a customer yet I got the right file on the exact same product ordered just a few days before? They have nor real explanation but say it isn't their fault. So that's $48 out of my picket to send the customer the ...

Bad order handling resulting in faulty product
Bad order handling, excuses about small prints. The product we ordered came with two different shades of black (though it wasn't even on the design) which was apparently mentioned on small print. There were also huge paper stickers on each product regarding the origin which are a pain to remove which was mentioned nowhere. Print output was stretched and tilted and instead of accepting they could have handled it better we were just given excuses and policy readings resulting in a very ...
