Never ran without problems and dead slow in admin
Super slow data connections, constant issues and problems to figure out. Spent hundreds of dollars in modules, then they upgrade to a virtually new system and all modules need to be purchased again? Trying to stick with what I knew I spent 100 bucks migration the shop to the new 1.7 version and voila, the same fricken problems and slowness. J'ai choisis prestashop pour un client…quel regret !
J'ai choisis prestashop pour un client qui voulait se lancer en ligne...quel mauvais choix !! mais vraiment !!Service client inexistant a par quelqu'un qui transmet les réclamations, des templates qui bug en affichage mobile, des lenteurs qui rendent inutilisable l'interface d'administration, aucune doc approfondie sur comment administrer sa boutique....nul, zero...5 mois pour obtenir la facture d'abonnement après moulte tickets.Eviter ce truc qui se prend pour ce qu'il n'est pas !

Good ecommerce platform
We use Prestashop for our ecommerce Habitium.fr and we are happy with Prestashop. Big module marketplace, good documentation and forums. It is a good option.

completement déçus.On est en train de faire une migration, nous n'avons jamais vu une telle innefficacité et un tel manque de professionalisme.... si vous vous renseignez avant d'entrer dans prestashop, ne le faites pas.....

Stay away at all costs!!
Stay away at all costs!!Prestashop customer service don't care about your needs. Themes are buggy even if you buy the premium themes. Themes developers from India takes your money and run away, from you the customer!! Prestashop couldn't care less and don't even bother to get involved. Bunch of crooks drooling when they smell money. I hate to see you in my situation, please stay away at all costs!!Also, never ever buy themes from any external websites, it's even worse!!
