What do you like best about Precoro? Tracking POs, approving processes and searching POs in the base is super easy. One other advantage is that we can communicate through comments and give status updates.

What do you like best about Precoro? The best benefits are a customized product catalog and easy tracking of goods in stock. We created POs in Xero but started in Precoro because there are budgets. And Precoro allows controlling transferring of goods to the warehouse.

"Many advantages to choose Precoro"
What do you like best about Precoro? - It is pretty simple to track the status of the order. - Centralized storage space for all previous POs. - It is effortless to make reports like it was earlier. - Integration with QBO, which we use for finances (it took 3 minutes to import all data, fantastic) -Financial records and communications in one place. - Their support team has gone above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

Don't doubt to buy it
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Most of all, I like: auto-generating catalog information by one click; pleasant user interface, it’s straightforward to understand how to use it; approving orders electronically; absence of Excel in procurement tasks, we’re very happy to get rid of it.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? After a product demo, we decided that it fits our needs the best. I can track all requests and monitor the budget. Everything became much more transparent. The coolest thing is that our GM can approve from his phone in just one click. Precoro helped my team evaluate the purchase process's errors.

"Perfect, especially approval process"
What do you like best about Precoro? The coolest thing is that the General manager can approve from his phone in just one click. Great functionality is attaching an invoice and sending it to the Financial Controller. We have two people making purchases. There wasn’t an approval process at all, and they did whatever they wanted. Now they do all functions with POs through Precoro. Previously, there was no visibility. I love the simplicity, and the practicality of use Precoro provides us with.
