Flexibility and control over expenses
Precoro is a great system that has helped make our business run more efficiently. It gives us flexibility and control over purchasing process. One of the best parts is that you just open the email and and approve PR/PO, which is very easy.

With Precoro we can manage and control all spend in one place. I appreciate our transparent, results-focused partnership. Reports give us transparent visibility to the money we spend. User interface is very pleasant. Procurement process is much more straightforward than was before.

We love Precoro
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Precoro has a variety of functions that can be useful in procurement for any company. We can track all PRs, POs, monitor the budget, and organize everything that we order in our company. Reports give us transparent visibility to the money we spend. Their Customer Support Team is brilliant! Jane closely goes through all the questions we have.

"Very good system for us"
What do you like best about Precoro? The system allows seeing who’s spending when, where, and on what. In addition, the dashboard shows how much money is spent on each category/vendor, which’s convenient and transparent!

Great program
Precoro is a much better system as opposed to paper requisitions. I like: easily generated spend reports, combining a PO from multiple PRs. The catalog is available without restrictions for max number of items. The UI is friendly and self-explanatory. In addition, their Сustom Support Team is polite and helped us with onboarding very well.

What do you like best about Precoro? From the marketing side, it’s simple to register necessary software purchases, get budget approval buy-in, and export data for analyzing expenses. "Custom fields" is a perfect solution for us, as it allows you to set up an approval workflow and share responsibility between departments.

"Good procurement software"
What do you like best about Precoro? Setting up policies for each account is very good, we can add to account only functions, which he is responsible for. By the way, we use the warehouse option, which isn’t possible in some other companies we considered.

What do you like best about Precoro? The most important thing was the transformation of PR into RO and linking all docks - that each PO has a link to PR, and you can track who did what. The best for those who make purchases is the PR-PO process and for me is the easy-to-use interface.

What do you like best about Precoro? With Precoro, we manage all OpEx expenses - subscriptions, office supplies, etc; get approvals on the PRs, and track budget consumption. Now the company has one system, convenient for all procurement tasks. Documents are matched, so we always know that we're not spending more than expected.
