I signed up to a MONTHLY payment and…
I signed up to a MONTHLY payment and this company stole hundreds from my account. I can not pay my bills and they are refusing to give me back my money for 7 days. Stay clear no matter how good the product is. If they have to resort to this behavior they can't have much faith in their own products

Powtoon is very responsive and courteous!
Powtoon is very responsive and courteous. I've enjoyed working with their product (AWESOME!) and when I decided not to renew for a year, they were prompt in removing charges. Very AWESOME experience!

I did one export on their system to test it and then they charged me $50 when I canceled. So much for a trial.

Fixing my mistake
I didn't realized subscription time was there, so the receipt was charged in my account. Just one mail later, Powtoon (Jenny, Daniel, Ron...) began to work to (following my instructions) close the subscription and refund the money back. Just one week later, everything is fixed. Thanks a million for your job and your personnal service.
