Great support from the team
Great support from the team! Excellent team. Buying expirience with credit card approval is not good. I tried to use to 2 different credit cards: Company Credit Card used for most of Amazon, AWS, Mailing, etc and was rejected. Then, I tried using my personal credit card (no limits problem) and was rejected. The support team provided with a link and a wire transfer option in order to upgrade my account. Really satisfied with the support and the followup made by the team.

I had great support from Powtoon's support team. All my queries were looked into as soon as possible and were sorted out.

Great Customer Service
When signing up for a month of Pro+ I didnt realize the automatic monthly renewal of the subscription. As I didnt need Powtoon longer at this point in time, I asked to cancel the additional month and charge the money back to my account. Without any discussion my request was accepted. This is truly customer oriented and will leave me with a very positive memory to get back to Powtoon if and when needed.
