Lost presentation- resolved
I was locked out of my account and after resetting my password ended up with 2 accounts and was unable to access my presentation from the 1st account. The support team responded quickly and was able to troubleshoot the situation gaining me access to the original account and presentation.

I wanted to change my email address but…
I wanted to change my email address but I forgot my password as I usually open my powtoon account linking it to my other app. And they replied so fast! I thought this issue would take some time, but they helped me easily! Great customer service!!!! :) I hope everyone has a nice dayyy.

I need to delete the credit card…

I was having difficulty working out how to combine 2 Powtoons
I was having difficulty working out how to combine 2 Powtoons (which at this stage you cannot). So I lodged a ticket, and Ron very promptly replied with a workaround (save each slide as a scene, then add them to the Powtoon you are wanting to consolidate). Perfect workaround, prompt and extremely helpful.
