Amazing Customer Service
Amazing Customer Service I have just started using PowToon this year, and I have been very pleased with not only the content they provide both as a premium and for free, but with the customer service as well. When I was wondering why my PowToons wouldn't pop up, they were patient even when solutions wouldn't work. This is an excellent customer service and I would recommend it to most people.

They were great but there could be more
They were great! I'm so impressed with how timely their responses were and how polite they were. Answers do not seem computer generated and it sounded like they really tried. But my issue wasn't resolved and it does make me sad because I worked very hard to make a video and after I changed it from classic to HTML5 the audio got messed up. I would say they did a good job. If they wanted my 5 stars they could have pushed, asked more questions, really tried to help me and go the extra mile, ...

What do you like best about Powtoon? I like that the CS team is knowledgeable about the product, and also about the things that can go wrong, and how to address them.

What do you like best about Powtoon? The drag-and-drop interface is fairly easy to use and intuitive for the most part. Adding your own assets, including logos, brand colors, and so on, is simple. The platform also offers a large built-in asset library.

What do you like best about Powtoon? I am loving the short videos, with people, bringing real life into my advertisements. I deal with music, dj'ing and karaoke so need quick catchy videos. There are also a number of great composed music tracks to select from. I do compose my own music as well and it is just as easy to upload and use on the platform.
