I have been an on/off user of Powtoon for a couple of years now...consequently, when I come back to it I have to ask loads of questions to get back into the flow. That is because of my lack of retention and not any fault of the PowToon product ...[I'm in my 60's]. I have always had a speedy and informative response from their support online and each time I return to Powtoon there appear to be more and better tutorials available

"First attempt with Powtoon"
What do you like best about Powtoon? Very interesting presentations. Good graphics to use and options for unique fonts, transitions, animations... Tech support was helpful to respond to concerns; not every problem was fixed immediately but alternative solutions were proposed and utilized.
