This was my introduction to Powtoon. Awesome platform to communicate material. It's mostly intuitive to learn, but it does take some time to learn all the fantastic bells and whistles!!

Great customer service
Excellent customer service. I wrote two e-mails and both of them are replied within 5 minutes. More importantly, issues are fixed promptly. The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the bugs and exporting process. While editing often got error message and asking to refresh the screen. The export process needs a bit of time (5 minutes in my case) and should be faster. Overall experience with Powtoons is great!
