I had a billing enquiry and my email was answered within a couple of hours with a solution that completely solved it. I was very impressed with the Powtoon support team.

I really appreciate Powtoons’ support…
I really appreciate Powtoons’ support during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had not been able to use the service for several months as I worked to readjust my life around the pandemic. After explaining this, the Powtoons staff was kind and compassionate enough to extend my subscription for an additional four months while I work to regroup. This is great service that is hard to find. Keep up the great work, PT! I hope the company continues to grow in its ability to help its customers & thus the world!

Kindness a great virtue
Powtoon a company came forward to use their package for a Fair Use free of cost. I am 82 a retired science teacher writing content to help village children. I am grateful for permitting me to use their product free. Thanks.

Very kind everyone
Very kind attention from Joy, Vicent and Frank. There were problems since the overdue invoice appeared many times when it was not yet, but they always responded very coordinated with a desire to solve it.
