Tech support is Awesome!!

What do you like best? If I ever have any issues, PowerSchool Tech Support has been great to work with. It is such a complex system, but they have very knowledgeable people in place to help. What do you dislike? There are so many options, it is hard to learn everything. PS Enrollment: New User

What do you like best? So far the system appears to user friendly. I am excited to have our enrollment needs and SIS working together as one instead of having to import our information in PS from another system. What do you dislike? I would like to see the family feature evolve. Right now families can not be grouped by their ID's until they are in PS. Great information system and very customizable

What do you like best? Easy to learn, easy to access information. Integrates with most 3rd party vendors What do you dislike? Sometimes difficult for a smaller school with fewer resources to implement. KTO hours have helped What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great integration and easy to learn the basics

What do you like best? I love the wide range of plugin support! What do you dislike? Sometimes reference guides can be archaic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use powerschool as our central student database for grading and to connect all of our student devices via an MDM solution. This way, we only enter student information once and it updates all of our services via plugins to third-parties.

PowerSchool is a great product!

What do you like best? We like the things PowerSchool allows us to do. Reports we can write, lunch account capabilities, communication options for parents, etc. What do you dislike? Only one I know of is a glitch when we added Unified Classroom, it didn't want to synch the parent accounts which was a nightmare at registration time. I hope not all schools experience this issue. What do you like best? PowerSchool has so many areas that you can store student information/tasks. It makes life easier when you need data for internal purposes. What do you dislike? Being a Charter School, we have a unique set up/schedule. Sometimes it is hard to get answers from the PowerSchool support team because they aren't familiar with everything that PowerSchool has and what it can do. What do you like best? Powerschool is flexible and you can make customize to what you want What do you dislike? Not as many built in reports for Missouri attendance since Missouri is to the minute in reporting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? PowerSchool makes my job easier

What do you like best? PowerSchool makes it easy to access, import/export, and manipulate student data. The ease of access makes our workflow much more streamlined. What do you dislike?
