I am not great with technology
I am not great with technology but find power diary easy to use and like the feature of sending reminders to my clients, I really like they leave a reply so I know they have seen it. I can see clearly what clients I have, record if the appointment is pending or has finished and see this very clearly by the colour, all client details come up for easy reference. So far I'm loving the ease of use.

I was nervous about transitioning from another platform that I have been using for over 8 years but the team at power diary made it very stress free. We had a zoom call and they walked me through everything. They moved all my data across and they have great video for every function of the diary

Great features and support team.
I've found Power Diary to be vital in the smooth running of my business. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time spent on administrative chores and the integration with payments has meant seamless bookings and payments. I also appreciate the fast and helpful support, including live webinars about the software.

Power Diary are not professional
Power Diary market themselves as being created by health 'professionals' for health professionals. They operate very 'professionally' a Facebook group for users to discuss how to use the software etc. and give feedback. In response to these recent changes, numerous users have aired their feedback about it, including myself and - rather than professionally acknowledge ...

If you're looking for patient management software I would look elsewhere
They have made changes to power diary lately that make it a lot more frustrating to use. I cannot open up notes or the video call functionality in a new tab any longer, even just hovering over a patient appointment slot now pulls up info that blocks visibility, the additional info for an appointment space is now so small I'm always having to scroll Essentially every change in the latest update has been purely cosmetic and then what has changed just adds more clicks for me to achieve the ...

It has generally been intuitive to use Powerdiary. Although I have not explored every aspect of it, it has been very user-friendly to customise according to my needs.

I left due to IT glitches in the sytem BUT after reaslisng the grass isnt greener on the other side, I came back 3 months later after an alternative system nearly wrecked my business. I am pleased to say that since coming back there have been no issues.
