What do you like best? The low impact nature of training staff to request invites. It literally takes 30 seconds to send one and less than that to leave a review. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the process and that the review request is sent via a medium (text message that our customers are almost guaranteed to see/read. When we send the text while the customer is still in the store we get a really high completion rate. What do you dislike?
