Wonderfully Designed Dashboard

What do you like best? Podium has changed that thinking for me. It is EASY to use both for myself and my customers. Whether I'm on my computer or the app it is fast. I love that! Podium = low impact and excellent results

What do you like best? The low impact nature of training staff to request invites. It literally takes 30 seconds to send one and less than that to leave a review. What do you dislike? Not having in-depth analytics and not having any data export features. Analytics is very important in this day and age. It allows people to track and measure how well they are doing and find trends. What do you like best? I love how easy it is for new users to learn and use it. There is practically no learning curve. As an admin, I love the control panel. Highly effective for getting me reviews

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the process and that the review request is sent via a medium (text message that our customers are almost guaranteed to see/read. When we send the text while the customer is still in the store we get a really high completion rate. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Podium shoots a text to customer. We have had great success with them. We have increase reviews across both stores and we are very happy with this product. at the VW store we went from 30 reviews to over 130 on google. Now our Toyota store went from 70 reviews to over 360 reviews on google. 189 total reviews since the VW Store Joined in less than 6 months. 354 reviews in less than 5 months since the Toyota store joined.
