What do you like best? Podium makes it very easy for hard to reach customers or technology illiterate customers to leave a review. They focus primarily on Google (which is preferable over Facebook and Yelp for our business) and since every Android phone has a registered Google account it is a seamless process for attaining new reviews. What do you like best? The attentive team and genuine care for their customers. Whenever we have an issue they are readily available.
