What do you like best? The foremost Pro is that it is super easy to set up and very much easy to use. It performs multiple functions of requesting, monitoring and responding to reviews efficiently. Fantastic Reputation Management - Simplifies Reviews for Most Users
What do you like best? Podium makes it very easy for hard to reach customers or technology illiterate customers to leave a review. They focus primarily on Google (which is preferable over Facebook and Yelp for our business) and since every Android phone has a registered Google account it is a seamless process for attaining new reviews.
