Fejl i adminmodul og Ikke muligt at slette betalingskort
Meget dårlig support samt fejl i Podio's datoformat på adminsiden - nogle gange bruges amerikansk format (altså 07/10/2015 betyder 10 juli 2015 og nogle gange dansk (07/10/2015 betyder 7 oktober 2015 - så man skal selv kigge på sine oprindelige emails for at konstatere hvornår abonnementet udløber...ellers bliver det automatisk fornyet uden forudgående varsel og pengene trukket UDEN mulighed for at slette sit betalingskort. For man kan nemlig ikke selv slette sit betalingskort hos Podio! ...

Use this website for work find it ok but it does have its flaws. I do often get notifications off other people in the office which has nothing to do with me. It can be very annoying and doesn't bring up tasks I have made on the right days.

Opkræver også for eksterne 'lite-bruger', selvom de burde være gratis
Et tilfældigt kig på fakturaen afslørede, at Podio pludselig også opkrævede for eksterne 'lite-brugere', selvom de annonceres som værende gratis.Hvad der burde have kostet 9 USD om måneden var pludselig steget til det dobbelte - og man tillod sig endda at opkræve med tilbagevirkende kraft!Ærgerlig oplevelse - og tid til at finde en anden løsning...

Innovativt og let at bruge
Fantastisk som intranet. Vi bruger det til at koordinere over 250 frivilliges indsats i vores forening. Podio var endda så venlige at give os det gratis (da det normalt kun er gratis for op til 10 brugere.

Hurtig respons og service.
Podio dækker samtligt behov inden for "online office workspace" og har desuden en ufattelig hurtig og præcis kundeservice, der fortjener mere end de 5 stjerner man kan give dem her!
