Great customer service from Podbean
Great customer service from Podbean. I was having a tech issue-- I sent a quick email to their customer support describing my situation and received a message back with instructions on how to "fix" my problem in less than an hour. Needless to say, I was impressed. Overall, I've had a good podcasting experience with Podbean. I'm pretty new to this, and they make it simple for us.

Quick Response - Super Helpful
I got a note from my management team that I may need to migrate my podcast to a platform that could do monthly billing (my current one does not) but I didn't know what that looked like or how it would work, so I reached out to Podbean and asked that question and within minutes had received an answer with a link and instructions on how to go about doing that seamlessly! There was a change I needed to make to my account
There was a change I needed to make to my account. When I input the new information, there was a typo. I couldn’t fix it from my end so I emailed Support. they were quickly and easily able to resolve my issue quickly. I appreciate their fast response and quick fix.

I am older and they have worked so well with me!
