I received a reply back right away that…
I received a reply back right away that my ticket was in process and received a reply back fast each time I replied to an email. I specifically asked to speak with someone instead of going back and forth with emails and I received a call with an agent to answer my questions, walk me through how todo what I requested and even taught me something new I didn't know. He was very patient and polite and I would recommend Podcast.

Some good points and some not so good
I've been with Podbean for almost a year and they have always provided good customer service and prompt responses. Originally, I posted the review above with 5 stars. However, Podbean just charged me for an auto-renewal of my account without the courtesy of any advance notice. As there was no notice, and hence no opportunity to change my method of payment, (or consider if I may have wanted to switch hosts) they've come down a notch. Podbean Restores Faith in Technology
Podbean, Roni G. in particular, has restored my faith in the promise of technology. Huge statement supported by real, live verifiable fact. I get the idea to do a podcast and look at the spreadsheets comparing all the platforms, feature by feature.
