Great support but older design.
I like the podbean support and their speed. It is certainly one of the top platforms available. What I would focus on is the appearance/design and options compared to other distributions. It is a bit outdated and confusing at times. It can be done more fresh/newest and intuitively. But of course you have to try it because everyone is comfortable with something different. I give it 4/5.

Podbean does good business
I meant to take down my podcast but was struggling with doing it. I ended up getting charged. Podbean understood and continually emailed me back and followed up. They were patient and gave me technical help too! It’s rare for businesses to care! I appreciate y’all. If I go back to podcasting I’m coming back here. Only place I’d recommend. Stellar platform stellar help!

Easy Podcast Hosting Transfer With One On One Support
Everyone on PodBean is so easy to work with. I was very nervous to move my podcast hosting as the first time I did it I lost a lot of subscribers and data. PodBean held my hand through the process which ended up being so easy. Shoutout to Mark and Steve for being a big part of this. Thanks to their patience and expertise I am moved over to this podcast hosting and happy with all these new features, some of which I have yet to fully use!

A 5⭐ app with 5⭐ support. My go-to podcast app; I've been happily using it for years at this point. Recently I had a weird home screen glitch (apparently due to an error during updating or something), but the support team at podbean was quick to address my issue and was incredibly helpful and responsive in solving it.
