Speedy fix
My RSS feed was not updating. I contacted support and even though it was a Sunday I got a speedy reply and they'd fixed it pretty soon thereafter. much appreciated.

Podbean is great choice for novice podcasters
Podbean was a great choice for me as a novice podcaster. They have all the tools I need, the interface is easy and user-friendly.. When I needed help, they gave me detailed, easy-to-follow steps and I was able to resolve my problem.

Great and friendly response - from a person, not a bot
I have been in contact with the Podbean helpdesk on a number of occasions, mainly because I am poor at finding all facts myself. They always respond quickly and in a most friendly manner. I also appreciate the fact that I don´t have to go through a chatbot or other hurdles. My email is handled by a live person

Good experience with Podbean. When I needed a refund for failing to cancel my subscription before the annual renewal date, they provided my refund quickly, with no hassles. I would work with them again if I need a Podcast service.
