Professional and prompt customer service.
I haven't used the platform extensively however I did have to deal with their customer support on the matter of a copyright infringement. They were professional, prompt, and thorough, with good communication.

Podbean kept the solution very simple
Podbean kept the solution very simple, which was just what I needed. And they responded in quick time. Very impressive. Their instructions and guidance was exemplary in my opinion. I joined another podcast platform before podbean and the difference is clear that I make the right decision to change platforms

Good Service
I have used Podbean for several years because it's free, it has good/easy-to-use features, the number of problems is minimal, and when there is a problem, customer service is very prompt. Sometimes, a podcast will not update properly to display the new episodes, and when I contact the company about this issue, they resolve it promptly, usually on the same day.

More than just a service

I always find Podbean friendly to work…
I always find Podbean friendly to work with and easy to reach. The are quick to fix any issue I may be having. Also, I find their platform user friendly. I highly recommend them.
