Quick and paperless
Expenses were always a pain, keep the receipts, fill paperwork, etc. Since I started to use Pleo it made my life really easy. Now I just take a payment and 80% of the time it fetch the receipts by itself in my email's inbox for the payments online, and if you use the card is going to pop up straight away on your phone the message to take a snap of receipts. Just take a picture and you are set, no more finding receipts and keep them, it's all in the app. It's very helpful and quick!! ...

PLEO - Best thing to happen to our business
We stated using PLEO over a year ago, when, as the business admin, I was struggling to keep up to date with the staff's expenses, and therefore found it hard to keep on top of our cashflow forecast.PLEO has been transformative to our business - I no longer have to spend hours sifting through receipts, or waiting weeks to be able to "predict" how much we would have to spend on expenses. Efficiency
The card made my transaction in countries that i travel too. Immediately i complete a transaction, i attach the relevant receipts and this is viewed by our funds team.

Frictionless Expenses
Super easy to use. Pay, take photo of receipt and that's it. Even better now it has Apple Pay support.

Very easy to use and hassle free
Very easy to use and hassle free. The app allows you to upload picture of the receipts straight after transaction, no more missing receipts. Balance on the account tells how much you can spend. And most important is that every employee gets his own personalised card and account to use company funds. Before that our business credit card was always missing.

Pleo has been a great additional tool…
Pleo has been a great additional tool for our growing Nursery business. Its enables us to give our managers fredom to be able to purchase what and when they need but still enables us to keep control with the bugetary constarints.

Absolutely amazing product and service
I've been using Pleo for over a year now and it's been so easy to use. I've never had any issues and when I needed some assistance, their customer service is top notch. There is no better payments app out there that is so sophisticated and smooth.

Phenomenal product and amazing service
Phenomenal product and amazing service! So much better than expected. I've used a few similar expense systems before and none come close to Pleo. They are moving fast and keep releasing new features. If you're considering other options, don't bother. If you take your business seriously, you'll do the same with your vendors.
