We started using pleo around two years…
We started using pleo around two years ago and seeing it's improvements over the two years has been great. We recently switched from Sage to Xero also and the integration with Xero is just so straight forward from Pleo and makes sorting the transactions effortless.

Pleo end user experience
Although just an end user of Pleo I have never had any problems, the app is easy to use and feature-rich. Support is always there if you need it. It would be nice if we could scrape PDF attachments for receipts but aside from that it is very user-friendly.

Pleo easy to use
I found using Pleo very easy to use it saves me from carrying cash and time by not having to add up all my receipts then hand them into H.Q.

Brilliant solution to eliminate old fashioned expense reports
What do you like best? Pleo is really easy to use for everyone involved. It is time saving for accounting and will give you a good overview of expenses. What do you dislike? Still needs some manual work for admin but so much less than before! There is hardly anything to dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My experience with Pleo is good. It is very easy to handle payments and managing receipts.
What do you like best? It is very easy to use. Simple, concise user experience, and easy payment approval. Also easy integration with ERP systems, which makes processing life easy. It is also great with the virtual and physical cards. What do you dislike? I guess that it is a niche system handling just a part of the process, but integrations are easy, so not a problem for me at this time. Nothing really to dislike about the product. Det virker bare ikke, nu siger det at det er fikset, men tilliden er desværre helt i bund og jeg er bare for at der vil opstå flere problemer i fremtiden. What do you like best? The cards are easy to set up and link with accounting software and most importantly our employees feel trusted and empowered which creates companywide loyalty. Effortless Expenses
What do you like best? The simplicity of paying for things with a card that I have to think nothing about. My employer gives me the card, I pay for stuff I need with it, an alert turns up on my phone reminding me to snap a receipt, and that's all. No remembering to submit expenses by a certain date. Saves a ton of time!
What do you like best? It makes keeping track of your receipts so easy and actually fun. You feel like a champion every time you take a picture of your receipt knowing that everything is taken care of. What do you dislike? Absolutely nothing!
