What do you like best about PlayerLync? The team of support engineers is top notch and respond within 24 hours, but most times way before that 24 hours. What do you dislike about PlayerLync? We don't use it like most concepts so while it limits us in some aspects it does help Playerlync and us understand it limits but also future capabilities. What do you like best about PlayerLync? Training and support from PlayerLync has been great from the start up to launch day! What do you like best about PlayerLync? It is helpful to organize all new training documents, limiting access, uploading and sharing many kinds of media. The proprietary stuff they're doing on the back end is truly impressive and unique in the product class, this is matched equally by the level of service the team at PlayerLync provides their clients. What do you like best about PlayerLync? Online updates are a big improvement from waiting for shipped materials What do you dislike about PlayerLync? That the team manager isn’t included or that Corp doesn’t pay for it What problems is PlayerLync solving and how is that benefiting you? Ops inconsistencies have been reduced across our locations for sure. It is easier to upkeep an iPad than a binder

"Have not had the chance to fully utilize"
What do you like best about PlayerLync? The ability to monitor checklists through the system. What do you dislike about PlayerLync? I dislike the fact that I was given the hard sell and my company was not quite ready to deploy the system due to IP and branding projects that were not yet completed. We are getting billed for the system but not using it yet. What problems is PlayerLync solving and how is that benefiting you? None yet.
