What do you like best about Planhat? Planhat's health score functionality is extremely powerful and versatile. We are able to create very nuanced health scores based on different types of customers and their stage within the customer lifecycle. This allows us to manage our accounts at scale.

What do you like best about Planhat? We are an early Stage CS team and PH has helped us as team have visibility over all aspects of the customer lifecycle. As a manager I am able to build powerful dashboards to help me understand my teams performance and be alerted quickly to potential issues
