What do you like best about Planhat? In my opinion, the best feature on Planhat is the integration with different platforms (Intercom, Gmail, Slack and so on). It helps a lot in order to make sure that all the info is on the same place.

"One Platform that gives me everything I want - I love it"

What do you like best about Planhat? Switched to Planhat lately. It simplifies my life a lot - with all the integrations the platform has with key CRM tools such as Salesforce, Redash, our SaaS platforms where I can track and manage the projects very efficiently.

"Great Product, even better support"

What do you like best about Planhat? We evaluated a number of CS tools before eventually settling on Planhat. We chose due to how easy it is to standup, use and get value from as a tool to operationalize our CS methodology. It's a great platform but the service and partnership from the Planhat team is even better.

"Charge up your CSM team with proactive usage of Planhat"

What do you like best about Planhat? Planhat is intuitive to use and very powerful for day to day task management for the CSMs; modules are well laid-out and link together well; integrations work pretty seamlessly, and the customer portal is a very powerful tool to share with customers. It gives you a 360-degree view of your customers and CSM activity. Naturally, their Customer success is wonderful!
