Our onboarding consultant was great
Our onboarding consultant was great! Pedro was very patient in helping us set our system up as we had no experience in punch clock systems before. The video tutorials and online support have also been extremely useful.

Easy to use and does everything we need…
Easy to use and does everything we need it to do, online tutorials are easy to follow and advice from chats have been helpful and problem resolved when needed in a timely manner. Daniel has also been fantastic and really helpful during our onboarding.

Such a Positive experience when speaking with the Support Team
I work remotely in California for a medical office in Oregon and every so often my IP address changes and when that happens, I'm unable to get onto Planday, even with troubleshooting on my end for the punch clock. Every so often when this happens, I have to reach out to Support. I get an almost immediate email back that someone will contact me within 48 hrs. Each time though, I've been contacted almost immediately, within the next few hrs from me reaching out. Daniel has gotten back to me ...
