I paid 3 times for 100 credits, never got them

I paid 3 times for 100 credits, never got them. Not one single time. The first two times Paypal paid me back, the third time I haven’t got the money back and when I tried to access the account, I found out it had been deleted...I have insisted this much only because my Uni uses it to scan thesis's and I am currently about to hand in my master's thesis. Really not recommended.

Básicamente mala experiencia. Pago el servicio, tengo el cargo en mi tarjeta pero según la web da un "error inesperado". Escribo al servicio de atención al cliente y tampoco tengo respuesta. Una pena porque la prueba tiene buena pinta, pero si luego pagas y no dan nada mal asunto.
